SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Shipping

Customers will receive FREE Shipping on all orders over $125

Processing Time

Typically, your order will be shipped within 10 to 12 business days from the date it is placed. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

While we strive to consistently meet this shipping window, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or misprinted. Refunds will only be given on items that are ordered directly from style.bellame.com/.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, meaning they must be unused. Please note that returns are ONLY ACCEPTED FOR DEFECTS.

To ensure we receive your return as soon as possible, please send it insured via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Returns must be accompanied by the completed return form from our Returns department. We cannot refund lost packages, so please use a method of shipment that provides tracking. Shipping fees are not refundable.

  • To initiate the return process, please submit a Support Request (click support request).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with all your return details.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package. A confirmation email will be sent and the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. The refund is immediately sent back to your bank, however the timing of deposit back to your account is based on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on make-to-order items.

Defective / Flawed Products

If you think a product has a workmanship or material flaw, within 5 days of receipt, please email a photo of the product to our customer service department at hello@bellame.com and include attn:// DEFECTIVE OR FLAWED PRODUCT in the subject line.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order after submission, please email hello@bellame.com, and a customer service representative will assess the order status and contact you. Order cancellations can only be made within 24hrs of your payment being processed.

 

Missing an item?  Not the product you ordered or did you receive a damaged product? Email hello@bellame.com with your order number within 5 days of receipt.
